Can you do Boat Numbers the same day they are ordered?
Custom standard boat numbers can usually be completed the same day they are ordered. Please call or text us, and we will be happy to help.

How long does shipping take?

Do you offer local pickup in Lake Havasu City?
If you are located in Lake Havasu City, please get in touch with us before ordering to see if local pickup is available. Most items can be picked up at Our Shabby Shack on McCulloch in downtown Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Decals
All decal sales are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your decal arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement decal or issue a refund.
Apparel
Apparel items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Custom Items
